A transatlantic move is challenging and Matteo made it easier with the introduction of various references who helped us navigate the various levels of paperwork and needs both while we looked for a property and after we found our dream home. Through the negotiation process and the closing, he protected us, called in experts when needed, and was very aware of both Italian and American laws to help guide us through.
